Hadrone Team looks forward to onboard the new Customer Success Manager for DACH Region - Germany, Switzerland, Austria
As Customer Success Manager you will develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the Hadrone's products and services. You will provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the best in class Project Portfolio Management products and services delivered by Hadrone.
If you have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you works with - you would be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of the clients
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Project Management, PMO
- Experience in customer success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
