Two inspiring days full of insights, meetings, and discussions about the future of project management and business analysis are behind us. This year’s edition of PAM Summit, organized by PMI Kraków Branch, was held under the motto „Connecting Minds, Driving Results” – and indeed, the event once again brought together people, knowledge, and experience. We’re proud that Hadrone could be part of this event – both as a Strategic Sponsor and as an active contributor to the content agenda.
Our consultant, Grzegorz Laskowski, led a workshop titled „How to Practically Plan, Report and Monitor Strategic Objectives?” Participants had the opportunity not only to gain practical knowledge, but also to work with a real-life case study and see strategic management “in action” within a PPM-class system – using Hadrone PPM as an example.
Throughout both days of the conference, we were also present at the Hadrone booth, which became a hub for many valuable conversations – from project portfolio management challenges and everyday PMO practices, to organizational maturity and tool-based support for project teams. Participants were curious about project progress reporting, connecting strategic goals with operational activities, and implementing PPM systems across a variety of industries – from the public sector to manufacturing.
What made us especially happy was the fact that discussions weren’t limited to technicalities – many focused on broader topics such as building an effective change management system, engaging teams, and measuring effects. Thank you to everyone who visited us – bringing energy, curiosity, and great questions.
We believe that effective project management isn’t just about KPIs and tools – it’s also about energy, balance, and recovery. That’s why we prepared a few surprises for conference participants to remind them how important it is to take a break in a fast-paced work environment. Among the surprises were tickets to Suntago, Termy Gorący Potok, and Energylandia – because a strong strategy starts with a team that has the energy to make it happen.
Thank you to the PAM Summit 2025 organizers for allowing us to be part of this event, and to all participants for the insightful conversations, workshop engagement, and time spent with us at our booth. We’re glad we could share our knowledge and experience in the field of project and portfolio management. See you next time – whether at another conference or during future implementations!
