PMI Poland Chapter Kraków Branch Event

The Kraków Branch of PMI is one of the longest-operating PMI branches in Poland. For many years, it has been organizing development and networking events, including the PAM Summit (Project and Analysis Management Summit). This is the first conference not only in Poland but also in Europe dedicated to project managers and business analysts. This year, we had the pleasure of participating in the event as a Strategic Sponsor.

Hadrone Workshop

The event agenda was filled with numerous inspiring presentations. On the second day of the conference, Hadrone’s CEO - Remigiusz Orzechowski – had the pleasure of leading a workshop titled: "Managing the Project Business Case - planning, monitoring and execution”. The workshop covered:

  • Introduction
    • What is a project business case?
    • Why is it worth applying?
  • Managing the project business case
    • Planning the business case,
    • Updating and monitoring the business case,
  • Summary
    • Benefits and limitations of using a business case,
    • Automating business case management.

It was an excellent opportunity to share both theoretical knowledge and practical approaches. We would like to sincerely thank all workshop participants for their active involvement and engagement.

Thank You

Our participation in the PAM Summit Conference will remain in our memory for a long time. It was truly an unforgettable experience. During two very intensive days, we had the chance to learn about new trends, explore innovative approaches and most importantly - establish many new connections.

We thank all participants and the Organizers for a fantastic event. Congratulations to the lucky ones who received the surprises we had prepared. We hope to meet you again next year!
